Online Learning
Classes used a range of online learning materials during the Lockdowns of Summer 2020, Autumn 2020, Spring 2021 and then during Autumn 2021 when we were fully open but a lot of people were off school poorly.
Classes were taught using a Blended learning approach which from January 2021 included live interactive lessons on Teams. We also previously had introduced Seesaw, an online learning platform. This included short teacher videos, worksheets and activities and a weekly calendar of activities and the capacity to upload work to be marked. This proved a successful combination - along with pupils being in school for live learning or following the online lessons. The youngest children used tapestry to upload videos and learning activities.
