  • Our young voices joined a choir of 3000 at the Sheffield Arena

    Squirrels enjoyed a fabulous evening joining 3000 singers to perform at the Arena in Sheffield. As well as family and friends watching there was a host of guests including Urban Strides, the award winning Beatbox Collective, violinist Anna Phoebe and singer Heather Small. A truly BIG event!

    Hedgehogs have been exploring and investigating materials

    They have been exploring the properties of various materials to discover which are good insulators and would keep ice frozen the longest.

    Testing for water resistance involved finding out how to keep their pet dry using tissue paper, greaseproof paper, plastic and cotton. They predicted that tissue would not work very well and they were right!

    They also discovered that tooth paste will help protect their teeth from drinks such as coke - covering the egg shells helped to protect them, just like cleaning their teeth.
