Mental health – do you have it? Yes we all have mental health it’s our state of mind! Sometimes it is tested, sometimes we feel frustrated or upset or want to shout for joy and occasionally if everything feels too much we might need a friend to chat to.

A group of our Squirrels worked with other children from the Cluster to learn all about how to keep a healthy mental balance.

Here are some tips: drink plenty of water, smile, take regular walks, ask people how they are and look at them when they reply, enjoy being outside, eat healthy food, get to bed on time, read a book or find ways to relax!
