We have put on a series of extra clubs for the children in addition to the regular clubs we hold.
In our Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths Club, Mrs Dawson encourages inquisitive minds in a fun, engaging and creative way, which helps encourage problem saving skills, improves attitudes to STEM subjects and instills creativity.
Geared towards our junior pupils Y4 upwards, our volunteer Mrs Smith lead the knitting club. How cute are these chicks!
This Monday lunchtime club run by Mr Brimer really captured the imagination in creating the best bug hotel around!

Mrs Gaywood our Sports Specialist teacher ran a variety of sporting activities for pupils afterschool on a Monday. This is hockey Club on the village Astro turf pitch.
Our Parent Governor and professional musician Mr Tinker kindly runs the choir club for us each Friday. We’ve taken part in many music events and concerts and have even featured on a CD! Here we are at Buxton Music Festival in 2019 – WE WON!

Book Creator Club
Run by Mrs Dawson at lunchtime, the children wrote their own stories and then used the Book Creator App to bring them to life.

Run by Mr Rignall, Mrs Jones and Mrs Gilbertson, our breakfast club is a popular for pre-school care providing toast, cereal, juice and fruit.
Was run by Miss McGloin as an after school activity for Y3 up. Dance improves physical health is a great form of exercise, and as you can see from the photos lots of FUN!
Our super band have been performing in church this year at the Easter service – well done everyone! They rehearse weekly for the Autumn and Spring terms and all musicians are invited.
