Forest School, Spanish and Sports during Lockdown

Uncategorized

Special thanks to Mrs Jones who set up our own forest school events here in the field – from shelters to fires to natural sculpture and clay work she lead a weekly session right through the Spring time and even managed to squeeze in a final session for the Y6 leavers!

Many of you enjoyed our Spanish tasks on Seesaw – thanks to Mr Rignal for making his own videos and for commenting on all your Spanish work. We were lucky to have Mr Rignal leading some Spanish shopping at school too.

Not only did we enjoy daily keep fit in school – and along with most of the nation lots of Joe Wicks sessions too! We also enjoyed a weekly focus on sports with Mrs Gaywood. She also made her own Youtube videos combining her role working in the Deaf school in Sheffield and signing her keepfit instructions on the clips!

Do look at your seesaw page to see her activities from the Spring and Summer 2020

We also did yoga and funky dance videos on a regular basis – lots of being active!
